Optimel Manuka Honey Gel Contains:

  • Glycerin 0.2%
  • Sterile
  • Preservative Free
  • For Symptoms of Dry Eye

Optimel® Manuka+  Forte Eye Gel also contains a proprietary pharmaceutical grade Leptospermum spp. honey (980 mg/g) as an excipient.

For use as an adjunct therapy in addition to good eyelid hygiene. 

Uses: 

  • For the temporary relief of irritation due to dryness of the eye. 
  • For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye. 

Precautions

  • Single patient use only
  • Use should be managed under the supervision of an eye care professional.
  • For any reaction other than the transient stinging and redness, cease use and contact your eye care professional.
  • DO NOT use if hypersensitive to bee products or food gums.
  • Do not instil whilst wearing contact lenses. Wait atleast 30 minutes before inserting lenses.
  • Replace cap after use.
  • Make sure tamper seal is in place before first use.
  • Discard 2 months after opening.

    Optimal Manuka Honey Eye Gel

    The best product for me after trying dozens of prescription and over the counter drops and medications. I believe the gel is actually healing my eyes

    Good to the last drop!

    I have been looking for natural solution for my dry & itchy eye problem, and these drops have really made a difference. Both the gel and drops work great, despite some initial irritation the product warns you about.
