Exceptions / Non-returnable ItemsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Hydrus, Dry Eye Drink, Vitamins, Supplements, food, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as medication, personal care, and beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, store credits, or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You will automatically receive your refund on a
Dry Eye Store E-Gift Card. This will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your approved return. Dry Eye Store Store E-Gift Cards do not expire.Â
